A heady double dry-hop of Idaho 7 and Columbus leads you to notes of grapefruit zest and pineapple, supported by a soft oaty body and a gentle touch of bitterness in the finish.

Astral Sabbatical is the first in a brand new double dry-hopped IPA series. Journey Into Space is a tri-fold exploratory trip into the hop heavens. Here we explore the possibilities of the new hops we have received from Crosby Hop Farm. The result is a trilogy of interstellar hoppy beers; a SIPA (Sleep Nomad), an IPA (Astral Sabbatical) and a DIPA (Traverse the Polyverse).

This series is focused on pairing a fresh batch of Idaho-7 with a tight selection of secondary hops, pushing ourselves into new and exciting territories.
