Lale is a Wild Sour Oak Aged Ale with Cherries Inspired by the famous Oud Bruin (Brown Flemish Ale), when they were still made in wood. Uses the same original recipe that also gave birth to Madamin and the Dama, but further enriched by cherries as was often done in Flanders. The nose has vinous, caramelized and fruity aromas confirmed on the palate by wood notes and fruit in alcohol. Thanks to the strong attenuation the alcohol content is less noticeable. Gentle acidity, well balanced by residual sweetness, facilitates drinking.
