Michters Small Batch American Whiskey er i modsætning til Bourbon og Rye ikke lagret på nye amerikanske fade. Den kan derfor ikke bære navnet Rye eller Bourbon. Det gør dog ikke denne aftapning mindre interessant og efter at Michters Small Batch American Whiskey havde været væk fra markedet i 3 år, besluttede master distiller Willie Pratt i 2013 igen at udgive den populære aftapning. Flødekaramel, vanilje og tørret frugt i en skøn forening.
